It is the closest home to the beach access and sits so close to the border of WaterColor and Seaside, so you get the best of both worlds. The house, with private guest house and huge private pool, spans an entire block! This is truly a beach getaway compound! Directly across the street from the WaterColor resort and next to all the fine shops and restaurants means you are literally a skip away from everything.

'Kids Korner' (West wing of 3rd floor) includes the Bunkroom, which has amazing built in bunks; the Sunroom, with 2 twins and kitchenette; and the Loft Hallway, with 2 more twins. Great area for kids and teens to hangout together! Pool area has outdoor private shower, lots of lounge seating, and you'll fight over the bed swing for that perfect coveted napping spot. Guest house is a home in itself: with a living room, full kitchen, private bath and bedroom, it lets that special couple have their privacy from the main house.

**This location is even more coveted!! Since Happy Place is in the Beach District, across the street from the beach, and next to all the shops and restaurants, you will appreciate that you won't need a golf cart.
Golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 30 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
**Beach Club Update - We are excited to announce the expansion of the Watercolor Beach Club is complete!!! The club now has three pools, two outdoor bars, a restaurant with indoor seating, and much more! Also the brand new Camp Watercolor has two new pool areas, lazy river, new restaurant and 20 foot giant slide!
In addition, Fish Out of Water restaurant has finished their amazing renovations with a brand new outdoor wrap around bar, luxurious interiors, and new dining menu.
